1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, booking services, or participating in any Mindel Solutions program, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Use of Our Website

We grant you permission to access and view the materials on our website for your personal, non-commercial use.

Under this permission, you may not:

  • Services depend on scheduling and availability
  • We may update or adjust offerings as needed
  • Any changes will not affect guarantees or commitments already made to you

We aim to run our programs in good faith, with professionalism, confidentiality, and care.

4. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is central to our work.

We keep all information shared in mentoring, consulting, or group settings confidential except where:

  • You give explicit permission to share
  • Disclosure is required by Ontario or Canadian law (e.g., safety concerns, court orders, regulatory requirements)

We take all reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality, consistent with professional standards and legal obligations in Ontario.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the specific proposal, invoice, or agreement for each service.

Unless otherwise noted:

  • Payment is due before services begin
  • Cancellations require 24 hours' notice
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
  • Refunds, where applicable, follow the Triple Guarantee above

If payment plans are offered, they are honoured in good faith and subject to timely instalments.

6. Disclaimer

Our website materials are provided "as is." While we aim for accuracy and usefulness, Mindel Solutions does not make legal, financial, or professional warranties—express or implied—beyond the guarantees stated above.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Ontario and Canadian law:

  • Mindel Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, business interruptions, or third-party actions
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ontario consumer protection laws where they apply.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
