Marcellus is a management coach, consultant, and program director specializing in early career managers and professionals, and those who lead them. He has worked with emerging leaders for decades, both one-on-one, and through a breadth of research, education, training, and mentoring programs he both championed and helped develop.

His notable accomplishments include building an international bootcamp program for hundreds of interns and professional hires, supporting six scaleups and acquisitions in developing new talent, guiding 28 emerging business opportunity teams, orchestrating hundreds of joint research projects, and creating work integrated learning networks, programs, conferences, and workshops with industry partners and postsecondary institutions across Canada and around the world.
