May 6th - Trusting yourself in uncertain situations

This lab tackles something most of us don't say out loud: there's a move we haven't made. An application sitting unsent. A conversation that keeps getting postponed. A decision we've been sitting on longer than we'd like to admit. We call it patience. We call it timing. We call it waiting for the right moment.

But there's an elephant in the room: we're not waiting because we don't know what to do. We're waiting because staying still means we haven't failed yet. Uncertainty isn't the obstacle — it's the excuse.

In this session we'll work through that together. We open with a real situation — a personal story from the facilitation team that names the freeze honestly and sets up the practice. Then we move into small breakout groups where you bring something real from your own life, and the group helps you hear your situation differently — using curiosity, not advice. We close with reflection on what is shifting for you.

You'll leave with a practice you can use the next time uncertainty shows up and stillness starts to feel like strategy.
